It goes without saying that the rooms of Wiener Privatklinik have an en-suite shower/bathroom and toilet and are equipped with a nurse-call device. However, mention must be made of the fact that our single and twin rooms provide our patients with every possible comfort. Our air conditioned rooms are equipped with:

radio and TV (Austrian TV programmes and numerous satellite channels)

At Wiener Privatklinik, we usually adjust our activities to the habits of our patients. This means that our patients do not have to submit to a rigid time schedule. On the contrary, here you can sleep late, for example, if you feel like it. As regards the meals, we take account of both your personal and your religious requirements.

And talking about meals: Forget the usual hospital fare! At our hospital, an excellent chef looks after your bodily well-being. Choose from a carefully compiled menu according to your taste or your dietary requirements, just as you would do in a restaurant. All meals are freshly prepared with high-quality ingredients. And if you do not like pork, for example, or generally prefer vegetarian food, your requirements will of course be fully met.

But our special service is not only limited to culinary delights. It also includes taking care of your mail or getting your morning newspaper as well as other services such as hairdresser, chiropodist, or for example a fine glass of wine, which will be served in your room. The past few years have witnessed an increasing use of high-tech equipment in all fields of medicine. Wiener Privatklinik also follows this trend and is continually investing in state-of-the-art technology and the latest technical equipment.

The heart of our hospital is the surgery area. Our four operating theatres are equipped with state-of-the-art instruments and high-tech equipment and offer ideal technical conditions for the most complex operations. Furthermore, our hospital has a high-tech post-operative care unit, where we offer our patients intensive medical care after operations which required the use of anaesthesia procedures.

The equipment of the radiology department of Wiener Privatklinik also complies with the latest technological standards. State-of-the-art computer-supported high-tech equipment is used to support diagnostic procedures and to perform various routine and special examinations.
