The scientific advisory council of Wiener Privatklinik
Quality assurance in the sphere of medicine, quality control and compliance with the latest standards in the treatment of patients are guaranteed by the Scientific Board of Wiener Privatklinik. This is an independent scientific advisory council which is composed of ten honorary professors of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Vienna. The Scientific Board serves as the foundation for an intensive co-operation between Wiener Privatklinik and the individual departments of the Vienna General Hospital.

The Scientific Board mainly intensifes the co-operation between the General Hospital and Wiener Privatklinik, transferring the high quality standard of Vienna’s university hospital to Wiener Privatklinik with the aim to offer the patients the best possible treatment and care.

Approved by Scientific Board

In co-operation with the Scientific Board of Wiener Privatklinik, we have compiled a list of all doctors best qualified for the treatment of a certain illness. This list serves as a guideline for patients, helping them to find the right doctor. It is continually updated and revised, with our selection being based not only on the famous names of the respective medical practitioners but also on their expert knowledge, which is often known only among their colleagues.
