Liability

1. Content of the on-line publication

The author shall accept no responsibility for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author which refer to any material or immaterial damage arising from the use or non-use of the supplied information or caused by the use of erroneous and incomplete information shall be fundamentally excluded as long as there is no evidence of any intent or gross negligence on the part of the author. All offers are subject to change and are non-binding. The author explicitly reserves the right to change, add to, delete or cease publication of parts of the pages or the entire publication, either temporarily or permanently, without separate notice.

Use of and payment for all offered services shall also be allowed – as far as it is technically possible and reasonable – without provision of such data or by using anonymised data or a pseudonym.

In the event that parts or individual phrases of this text do not, no longer or not completely comply with the current legal situation, this fact shall have no effect on the content and the validity of the remaining parts of the document.
